Job Overview:

We are looking to expand our sales and customer service team with the addition of a Relocation Associate in our Columbia, SC office. This is a role perfectly suited for a high-energy self starter that works well in a team setting, In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support for our existing Directors, while learning the business and building your own portfolio of clients.

Job Responsibilities Include

• Act as the company’s front line representative to new client inquiries
• Act as the primary customer service contact for relocating or short term stay customers
• Welcome and ensure a smooth transition for clients in their new communities
• Must be efficient in building rapport, communication, research and delivering customized information in a timely manner
• Support Relocation Director and Outside Sales Directors with administrative tasks
• Performs other duties as necessary.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm

Pay: $16.71 - $18.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Multi- Family: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Elgin, SC 29045: Relocate before starting work (Required)
