Being an Employee Relocation Manager works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. Approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Additionally, Employee Relocation Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Employee Relocation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. The starting rate for this position is $51000 - $57000 / year. Employee may be eligible for Short Term and/or Long Term incentive benefits. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education and experience.
