Design and Construction Manager *Hybrid*. Relocation to Eureka, CA available to well qualified candidates.
The Design and Construction Manager is responsible for the day to day management of capital projects ranging in scope and complexity. This role is responsible for managing the budget, timeline, risks, and delivery of capital projects. Although this role does not have direct reports, the manager is responsible for the leadership of contractors and vendors and ensuring that these parties embrace our Mission and Core Values and deliver the project as contracted. This position will be expected to be available work on site at various projects in the Eureka area. For this reason, relocation is available to well qualified candidates.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration. Or equivalent education/experience.
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
6 years Construction management.
3 years Healthcare construction management.
Proven experience with land use practices and procedures across a diverse geographic portfolio.
