The Senior Employee Relations Manager will play a critical role in managing and resolvingemployee relations cases across our nationwide operations. This position requires a deepunderstanding of labor laws in the United States, exceptional analytical skills to handle ER cases, and the ability to provide guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive workenvironment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a wide range of employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effectiveresolution in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Develop and implement employee relations strategies that promote a positive workenvironment and minimize legal risks.
Provide expert advice and guidance on various HR issues, including but not limited toperformance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations across different states, andensure company policies and practices comply with these laws.
Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and allegations of workplace issues, includingharassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to develop and deliver training programsrelated to employee relations, compliance, and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on case findings and analysis.
Assist leaders or other team members in solving daily work related to HR department.
