    Must-Haves

    1. Graduate of a Bachelor's Program in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related field
    2. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
    3. Eight (8) years experience in Human Resource Management.
    4. Must have a minimum of three to five (3-5) years in a hospital and or healthcare industry

    Nice-To-Haves

    1. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources
    2. Certified EEO investigator experience

    The Employee Relations Director is responsible for facilitating employee relations and solving human resource issues. Responsible for handling employee situations with a focus on conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, Employee Relations Director handles employee concerns and resolves them in a positive, timely manner. Responsible for analyzing employee relations trends, providing periodic detailed reports, and proposing methods to improve problematic trends after careful research as well.
