As a Performance Specialist in the HR function, your main focus will be to execute and evaluate performance processes in the Region for all personas throughout the calendar year, aligning with business objectives and Global timelines and strategies. Facilitate a data-driven approach to performance management, utilizing advanced analytics and comprehensive solutions to optimize individual and team contribution, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and colleague growth and development.
This hybrid role reports into our Regional Learning and Performance Development Manager and is based out of the New York Support Office.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the performance development process and expectations
Work closely with the Learning & Performance Development Manager and HR Manager to plan, deliver, and execute the performance process effectively
Drive the adoption and utilization of standardized tools, processes, and success criteria across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals
Collect, analyze, and measure performance data across personas and functions and utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
Provide support to HR Business Leaders in the execution and change management of the performance process
Establish effective communication and feedback channels for the performance development process
Regularly assess the effectiveness of the performance processes and analyze feedback, data, and outcomes to identify areas for enhancement
Offer coaching and support to people leaders on goal setting, performance metrics, and improvement strategies
Optimize individual and team performance through increased contribution to the business. Coach the organization in aligning employee goals with organizational objectives
Who You Are:
3 Years of experience implementing and measuring employee Performance tools
Experience in Performance framework design, performance management, and analytics
Skilled in employee development, assessment tools, and performance improvement
Inclusive, positive, open to feedback, willing to multitask and learn on the job
Collaborative, with excellent communication and presentation skills

Compensation: salary range is $ 98,957 - $ 111,326 annually**
