As an SPS you will inspire and empower young people to make positive health choices and impact their lives creating a fun, high-energy atmosphere for athletes to "train like a pro."

Coaches lead speed, agility, and strength training sessions with our athletes, but also have opportunities to coach sport-specific programs. A PLUS if you have passion and knowledge to coach LACROSSE, SOFTBALL, BASEBALL, BASKETBALL, SOCCER, FOOTBALL.

Responsibilities of this position include implementation of the Redline training programs; member retention through outstanding training performance and communication; and extensive outreach and marketing skills.

Our new SPS should be engaging, enthusiastic, and they must enjoy working with clients of all abilities in the 8 to 18 age group. We are looking for a coach who is high-energy, motivating, passionate about health & performance, and ready to make a difference in each client’s life.

Position: Sports Performance Specialist

Work Schedule: Days, nights and weekends as required

SPS tasks include:

• Training Redline athletes: SPS staff are the primary trainers for our youth athletes.

SPS implement workouts, teach semi-private sport specific skills, and communicate

with athletes and their parents.

• SPS staff members may run morning boot camps, private lessons, and other programs

outside of normal business hours.

• SPS trainers report to the Director of Sports Performance (DSP) to implement, adjust,

and teach workouts and skills training.

• SPS staff will have member-recruiting incentives and will be expected to actively recruit

new members and help to retain existing members.

• SPS staff will ensure that the facility is clean and properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Sports specific training experience is a plus - basketball, volleyball, soccer, etc.

About us

Redline Athletics Peachtree Corners, GA is a 16,000sf youth athletic training facility. Our center includes a 25 yard indoor turf field, two full-length batting cages, basketball/volleyball court, and state-of-the-art strength room. While we focus primarily on semi-private group training for the youth athlete population 8 to18 years old, we also offer 1-on-1 skill instructions, and team training.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
