Employee Performance Specialist develops, implements, and administers programs that evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance. Conducts assessment activities to evaluate and identify the current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors required to achieve desired organizational results and prepare for future needs. Being a Employee Performance Specialist designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals. Identifies the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve workforce performance improvements. Additionally, Employee Performance Specialist encourages a culture of objective setting and result measurement aligned to pay and rewards using tools, training, and communication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Employee Performance Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Coaches lead speed, agility, and strength training sessions with our athletes, but also have opportunities to coach sport-specific programs. A PLUS if you have passion and knowledge to coach LACROSSE, SOFTBALL, BASEBALL, BASKETBALL, SOCCER, FOOTBALL.
Responsibilities of this position include implementation of the Redline training programs; member retention through outstanding training performance and communication; and extensive outreach and marketing skills.
Our new SPS should be engaging, enthusiastic, and they must enjoy working with clients of all abilities in the 8 to 18 age group. We are looking for a coach who is high-energy, motivating, passionate about health & performance, and ready to make a difference in each client’s life.

Redline Athletics Peachtree Corners, GA is a 16,000sf youth athletic training facility. Our center includes a 25 yard indoor turf field, two full-length batting cages, basketball/volleyball court, and state-of-the-art strength room. While we focus primarily on semi-private group training for the youth athlete population 8 to18 years old, we also offer 1-on-1 skill instructions, and team training.
