  • The Performance (Digital) Marketing Specialist will partner and collaborate daily with our international HQ Performance Marketing team and US eComm and Communications teams to optimize e-commerce feeds and site tagging. They will monitor performance of all campaigns inclusive of SEO, email planning and monitoring, performance media including search and paid social media and content efficacy. This position additionally ensures that all projects within the E-Commerce department are handled and delivered in a timely manner and are always aligned with the business’s guidelines, quality standards, equity and objectives with the main KPI of consumer conversion. The Performance (Digital) Marketing Specialist’s primary objective will be to increase high quality site traffic and meet sales objectives, as defined by the Senior Marketing Manager.

    Tasks And Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):

    • Strong project management ability; managing communication, timelines, defining clear objectives, and delivering key insights on analytical questions in a timely manner.
    • Owner of eComm, Affiliate, Retargeting channels: responsible for growth, budget, planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
    • Report on all site performance KPIs weekly (SEO, Direct, Email & Paid Channels) and conduct channel contribution analysis (monthly, quarterly, and annually), including site functionality, path to purchase, and customer journey for budgeting, forecasting, and goal planning in collaboration with HQ.
    • Attend and participate in relevant e-commerce Agency meetings to drive strategies and ensure performance alignment.
    • Responsible for all aspects of SEM to include performance marketing budget & paid Social. Partner with local media team to ensure all PM budgets are efficient and A/S ratio is aligned with HQ. Optimize daily campaign spend with Agency based on ROAS goals.
    • Handle Performance Marketing Calendar including optimization across channels, key pushes and launch dates per campaign phase (awareness/branding, consideration, and conversion). Collaborate with HQ media and marketing team to ensure creative sequencing and phasing is aligned.
    • Analyze performance of marketing assets and ensure all launch assets enhance opportunity for conversion and are delivered on time for strongest sales opportunity.
    • Collaborate with HQ to lead Project tracker, drive DPA & PLA conversions, improve front-end processes and site optimizations, including timelines, quality metrics, and accountability.
    • Conduct quarterly SEO audits and continuously benchmark on standard processes regarding Search and paid social in US market.
    • Conduct content, segmentation, and time A/B tests and share results with Marketing team and HQ to develop best-in-class e-marketing and search strategies to drive site conversion and brand awareness.
    • Identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI and maximum acquisition volume on campaigns in collaboration with US Marketing Team and HQ. Propose and set up copy and landing pages for optimizing campaigns.
    • Project management of larger roadmap projects and/or vendors as assigned.

    Skills And Competencies

    • Solid skills in the deployment of SEM campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPL), basic knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services/Demand-Side Platform and Wayfair media campaigns.
    • Strong proactive communications skills, entrepreneurial approach, ability to function in a fast-paced environment, and ability to collaborate in a matrixed team environment.
    • Ability to analyze and synthesize large sets of data to draw out concrete insights and communicate these to broader audience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint required.

    Requirements

    • 3-6 years minimum experience in acquisition Search, in a competitive context, within a group/agency/pure player E-Commerce, ideally on an international perimeter. Agency side or Fashion, Premium, Cosmetics, Retail background is preferred.
    • Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Ad words, SEM etc.
    • Experience in Google Analytics, SEO, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager
    • Proficient in marketing principles: lead acquisition, retention
    • Proven track record of growing channels, building successful go-to-market plans for social media channels.
    • Fluent in English, German is plus.
