We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations at Bear Cave Brewing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, food service management, and experience in hotel, banquet, and catering settings.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and lead the dining room staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Oversee dining room setup, including table arrangements and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Train new employees on service standards, food handling, and safety protocols
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for dining room supplies as needed
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on fine dining or upscale establishments
- Strong knowledge of technology based delivery systems, food production, bartending, and catering services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling employees
