Employee Dining Room Cook - Casino jobs in Springfield, MA

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a day cook to join our team at a beautiful boarding school. We are looking for a creative and passionate individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Daily duties will include preparation and execution of breakfast and lunch and interacting directly with the student population at active grill stations during meal times.

You will also help produce special events from elegant coffee and breakfast service to plated dinners and more! This is a great opportunity to join our incredible team of dedicated and talented individuals.

• Thursday through Monday
• 6 : 15 a.m. to 2 : 15 p.m.

What you'll do :

• Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.
• Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

What you'll need :

• Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
• Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
