Position Overview:

Bogeys is seeking a talented and passionate cook to join our team. In this role, you will work in a cafe-style kitchen and be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a love for culinary arts, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Handle food storage and rotation in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing the kitchen, including equipment checks and cleaning.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and work effectively with others.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a cook role is preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Minium Employment Standards

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must wear company provided uniform (Golf dress for ladies and shorts and golf polo for men)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
