Job Description: Dining Aide

Location: Shelton, CT, 06484

The Dining Aide will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
• Assist residents with menu selection and dietary needs
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in food service preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
