Sales Coaches aid in the development, coaching, education, and the continued training of Sales Advisors at GMC. As a Sales Coach you will also be responsible for the quality of our sales and the positive and upbeat demeanor of our production floor. The primary purpose of this role will be to ensure Sales Advisors gain high level understanding of products and systems, encourage consistency in the sales process through coaching and development platforms, ensure our teams are meeting and maintaining the highest standard in customer service all while meeting and maintaining production expectations.
