A leading company who specializes in specialty doors and windows is seeking a Project Manager with at least 2 years experience. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing projects.

Alternative Schedule:

• Monday-Thursdays 7:30am-5:15pm (36 hrs)
• Friday 7:30am-11:30am (4 hrs)
• Full time Temp-Hire

Objectives of this role

• Review and understand all customer requirements associated with the assigned project and provide timely submissions of designs that meet the requirements.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, creating shop drawings, management of approvals and releases, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status continually and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience
• 2D AutoCAD experience in the detailing and design of product components and assemblies (sheet metal design experience a plus)
• Experience in the product development of a manufactured product (building/architectural products preferred)
• Exemplary attention to detail with prior examples of delivering projects meeting time, cost and quality metrics
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
