Employee Communications Director manages the development and implementation of all internal communication programs within an organization. Oversees the design and implementation of communication programs to support and reinforce organizational objectives and comply with regulations. Additionally, Employee Communications Director manages the collaboration with public relations or corporate communications teams to produce clear and consistent communications. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. - Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
- Valid Illinois state teaching license with LBS1 endorsement or eligibility
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
