Employee Communications Director manages the development and implementation of all internal communication programs within an organization. Oversees the design and implementation of communication programs to support and reinforce organizational objectives and comply with regulations. Additionally, Employee Communications Director manages the collaboration with public relations or corporate communications teams to produce clear and consistent communications.     Essential Functions

    • Key in financial data to enterprise resource planning system and external data sources as needed
    • Assists with the preparation of invoicing, cash disbursements and cash receipts
    • Tracks expenses and expense reporting, ensuring forms are completed by employees accurately and processed accordingly
    • Works on special projects as assigned
    • Assists with the preparation of financial presentations as needed
    • Provides support for and assists with payroll processing
    • Assist finance personnel with ad hoc requests for reporting and financial information.
    • Assists with reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts
    • Assist financial department manager and other departments as needed.

    Education and Experience
    Associate or Bachelor Degree currently studying or pursuing an education in Finance, Accounting or related mathematic field with 0-2 years of experience. Must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasking, projects, and responsibilities as well as excellent time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access is preferred.

    This position operates in a professional remote environment and requires individual to walk, stand, sit, use hands/fingers to type, talk, listening and look. Required knowledge of the following tools, equipment, and programs includes: laptop, phone, Microsoft Office suite, Deltek CostPoint, and Wide Area Work Flow.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This position will be remote and will require adherence to Corporate core hours. This position is a full time non-exempt position, expected to work 40 hours a week. This position may require evening/weekend work and work outside of the normal hours of operations when needed to support Corporate or Program needs.

    Must be willing and able to travel. Travel is expected to be less than 10% a year
