Employee Communications Director manages the development and implementation of all internal communication programs within an organization. Oversees the design and implementation of communication programs to support and reinforce organizational objectives and comply with regulations. As a Vitality Personal Care Specialist, you will
- Assist residents with daily life activities as indicated in service plans.
- Perform other services for residents such as laundry, pet care, escorting to activities, etc.
- Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches.
