Employee Communications Director manages the development and implementation of all internal communication programs within an organization. Oversees the design and implementation of communication programs to support and reinforce organizational objectives and comply with regulations. Being an Employee Communications Director manages project deliverables and timelines. Ensures consistent messaging themes and effective content selections. Additionally, Employee Communications Director manages the collaboration with public relations or corporate communications teams to produce clear and consistent communications. Assists in evaluating and selecting vendors to provide support services. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Employee Communications Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     • Assist residents with daily life activities as indicated in service plans.
    • Perform other services for residents such as laundry, pet care, escorting to activities, etc.
    • Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches.
    • Observe for and report resident problems (as listed in Observation and Reporting sections of Personal Care Specialist Resource, or in-service plans) and document accordingly

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
    • Meet state health related requirements.
    • CNA certification preferred but not required
