    About the role:

    Lead external facing, Client Communication function as part of the Client Enablement and Capabilities org, under Client Experience, Banking Solutions. Role scope includes directing the team, transformation and operational success of the function.

    About the team:


    Daily management of two teams of Comms Analysts covering 1/ general external client communications and 2/ client incident communications, to ensure the successful delivery of client facing operational communications:

    • General bulletin communications including comms covering product notification, product releases, maintenance, regulation & compliance, education etc

    • Incident Comms supporting a 24x7 operation delivering client facing incident communications

    • Other related duties as required

    What you will be doing:

    As part of the ongoing Client Experience transformation you will lead change projects for the Comms team.  The aim of this transformation is to enhance and optimize our clients experience, in particular the communications that Client receive from FIS.  This will include but is not limited to:

    • Identifying areas where we can improve our communications to clients, driving ideation, collaboration and proactively gathering input to design and co-create initiatives that successfully deliver the required changes.

    • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners such as Technology, Sales, Transformation Office, Marketing, Development, and other CX teams, who are integral to the success of the Comms transformation

    • Influence and collaborate using data informed recommendations and proposals and proactively engage with stakeholders during, pre and post change

    What you bring:

    • Experience leading a MarComs/Comms function and a team, through change and operational transformation

    • Team Leadership experience in a large, fast paced, multinational , matrixed environment

    • Extensive experience with external, Client communications - Proficiency in communication practices and techniques, particularly external client facing operational communications involving multiple stakeholders

    • Project management experience and or certification preferred and the ability to manage multiple complex change projects while continuing to deliver against required service levels

    • Bachelor's degree in communications or Marketing / Comms or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
