POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversees internal and external communication focused on mission clarity, focus, growth, and culture. Additionally, provides leadership to expanding awareness and growth of Goodwill West Texas. Responsible for marketing strategy and campaigns including: print, billboards, radio, social media through content, graphic, and video design. Coordinate public relations, advertising, awareness and community engagement.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, non-profit management or related field required
· Experience in marketing, PR and advertising required
· Experience with content development for social media, internal marketing, video creation, or graphic design required
· Proven leadership abilities with exemplary interpersonal, verbal, listening and written communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:
· Valid Texas drivers license
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Self-motivated, creative, innovative and able to work with minimal supervision
· Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, board of directors, etc.
· Ability to deal personably and positively with individuals, staff, business organizations and the public
· Excellent presentation and media skills (television, radio, publications)
