Utilizes necessary medical equipment to treat the patient and ascertains the extent of their injuries or illness. Being an Emergency Medical Technician communicates with the medical care facility receiving the patient about the patient's condition, status, and arrival time. May require registry in NREMT. Additionally, Emergency Medical Technician requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Requires Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Basic. Reports to: Operations Manager, Transports Team Lead
Compensation:
Perform duties associated with basic medical and first aid services and emergency medical care to the sick and injured in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and EMS Unlimited policies in the setting of IFT ambulance and transport operations.
