Work schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts 7am – 7pm

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) proudly operates the Giles W. Dalby Correctional Facility located in Post, TX. We provide a safe and secure working environment for our staff while helping offenders gain valuable skills and treatment necessary for success upon release.

What you’ll do: You’ll be responsible for administering appropriate medical treatment to inmates in compliance with MTC Medical and customer directives.

Essential functions:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a background check.
• Current emergency medical technician license and CPR certification.
• Experience: One year experience in a hospital, clinic, or correctional setting preferred.
• A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
