Being an Emergency Medical Technician communicates with the medical care facility receiving the patient about the patient's condition, status, and arrival time. May require registry in NREMT. Additionally, Emergency Medical Technician requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Requires Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Basic. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Emergency Medical Technician works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. About the role
We are looking for a full time Occupational Health Technician for our Occupational Health Clinic in Kenai, Alaska.
The primary functions of this position include field and clinic drug and alcohol specimen collections on a daily and after-hours basis. Responsible for performing DOT and non-DOT collections utilizing a variety of methodologies to include urine, saliva, hair and breath collections in conjunction with calibrating and maintaining testing devices in accordance with all applicable regulations, laws, statutes and policies.
