Responsibilities –
· Schedule and coordinate transportation services based on the availability of vehicles and drivers.
· Plan efficient routes for drivers to minimize travel time and maximize the number of appointments serviced.
· Optimize transportation schedules to accommodate urgent or last-minute requests.
· Communicate with drivers to relay schedule updates and changes
· Monitor and manage driver performance providing support and guidance as needed
· Address questions and concerns with members and brokers
· Real-time coordination of drivers
· Address and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation, such as delays, route changes, or emergencies.
