Dispatchers needed to answer calls and communicate with mobile repair units to send the appropriate directions/information for on-the-road repairs for semi-tractors, trucks, and trailers. Must be calm, clear and in control at all times, especially in situations of high call volumes. You will be organizing, and tracking progress of, current orders, and monitor upcoming orders/events to verify timeliness of response. Also, be able to respond to any situation reported by those in the field. You need at least a high school diploma or GED, and a working understanding of the Windows computer environment to utilize software used in position. A knowledge of trucks is preferred, but not required. Most of your experience will be gained on the job. A willingness to learn is a must! Looking for leaders and go-getters! You will need to pass a drug test and background check.
