Dispatcher OverviewThe Dispatcher's primary role is to perform administrative and dispatching duties while making dispatch decisions related to scheduling, delegating HVAC or plumbing service, repair, and sales calls to field staff. This is an in office position.What will I do?

- May work overtime as needed
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business
Qualifications/Skills:- 1 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Previous dispatch experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment
