Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the daily medical equipment deliveries. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

- Receive and process customer orders

- Coordinate with drivers and logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Utilize internal software management systems to track orders and optimize routes

- Monitor driver schedules and communicate any changes or delays to customers

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional phone etiquette

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of orders, driver logs, and other relevant documentation

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong computer skills including data entry proficiency

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Knowledge of the hospice industry is a plus but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Must be available for an on call rotation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
