Responsibilities:
· Schedule and dispatch work orders to appropriate locations according to customer requests
· Monitor drivers and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules
· Perform basic data entry; demonstrate ability to learn new computer programs
· Focus on continuous improvement, learning, accountability, teamwork, motivating and development others problem and analysis resolution
· Understand working in a team environment for the success of the team
· Follows all policies and procedures as outlined by the company and/or governmental regulations
· Demonstrate empathy and understanding for clients (children, seniors, individuals with handicaps or illness)
· Document operations and run reports
