    All Fleet is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dispatcher / Emergency Breakdown Services Coordinator. In this crucial role, you will be the linchpin in assisting truck drivers nationwide, coordinating top-notch emergency repair services and ensuring drivers are back on the road as quickly as possible.     Responsibilities:

    • Support: Provide essential assistance to stranded truck drivers by coordinating immediate onsite repair and emergency services.
    • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication between drivers, mobile technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Training: Learn and understand the unique needs of truck drivers in emergency situations, coordinating appropriate and timely solutions.
    • Professionalism: Uphold a respectful and integral manner in all interactions, representing All Fleet Inc. in the best possible way.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Positive Attitude: Eager to assist customers with a cheerful disposition.
    • Phone Skills: Swift and professional response to incoming calls.
    • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
    • Documentation Skills: Active listening skills with the ability to accurately document conversations.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective email and chat interactions.
    • Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 35 WPM with 80% accuracy.
    • Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
    • Location: Applicants must be living and willing to work in the United States.
    • Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in dispatch, fleet maintenance, or the transportation industry will be given preference.

    • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Kickstart your day by making a meaningful impact early in the morning.
    • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM - Perfect for those who thrive in the evening hours and prefer a later start to their day.
    • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM - Ideal for night owls looking to work in the quietest hours and make a difference.
