Dispatcher Job Duties:

• Provide fast and friendly customer service
• Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message and phone
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages to close out calls for technicians and sales
• Maintain scheduled calls on the dispatch board, making sure that all calls are scheduled with the appropriate technician and update customers as needed of technicians ETA
• Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departments
• Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments
• Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
• Other assigned duties as directed by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Dispatching and Call Center experience
• Must be socially focused with a "How can I help you?" attitude
• Strong customer service
• Ability to multitask (working with several programs at once)
• Good phone voice
• Work well under pressure during busy season
• Must be available to work weekends and nights
• Service Titan experience is a plus
• Five9 experience is a plus
• Strong computer skills
• Must be over 18
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening (Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone) and comprehensive background check
