An outstanding Med Group in Southern Washington is in search of a new Medical Group Operations Director.

The Medical Group Operations Director will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the Pacific Northwest.

The Medical Group Operations Director will report directly to the VP of Ambulatory Care. Supported by Clinic specific Directors, Managers, and tight knit experienced staff/physicians,  this person will achieve optimal operations of the Medical Group clinics. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Healthcare and previous clinics operational leadership experience. 

The Medical Group Operations Director will be in charge of making sure staff is providing high quality and cost effective care to all patients that also complies with state and federal requirements.  This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the facility. In addition, the position requires developing and maintaining fiscal budgets. The Medical Group Operations Director will also need to collaborate with the staff and other leaders to best plan the day to day function of the practices.  Most importantly, this role requires supervision of staff to ensure safe and quality care for all.
