Email/Notes Group Director jobs in Nevada
Email/Notes Group Director is responsible for all aspects of the email/notes group. Oversees the design, development, release, and maintenance of email application systems. Being an Email/Notes Group Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Email/Notes Group Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Email/Notes Group Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
THE LODGE TAVERNS AN UPSCALE NEIGHBORHOOD CHAIN OF BARS IS EXPANDING. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALIFIED CANDIDTATE TO JOIN OUR TEAM.
THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND DIRECTING ALL OPERATIONS WITHIN THE LODGE TAVERN GROUP ; INCLUDING SLOT (GAMING OPERATIONS, KITCHENS AND BAR). THIS POSITION WILL DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT TAVERN POLICIES ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENTAL AND COMPANY REQUIREMENTS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
COLLEGE EDUCATION
OR EQUIVALENT OF 4-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN LOCAL GAMING ESTABLISHMENT.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF VIDEO POKER MACHINES AND ALL GAMES WITHIN
RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge of gaming reports and promos
Staff development
Responsibility for increased gaming, food and liquor sales
Set and maintain food costs
Ensure proper order and par levels are maintained
Negotiate with vendors and make purchase decisions based on quality, service and price
Proficiency in pos systems
Lead kitchen and bar staff management in establishing par levels for front and back of house
Set training standards and practices for all staff
Work with upper management to develop an on going profitable strategy for each location that includes the utilization of all our assets
Negotiate with all purveyors for best price on all aspects of the back of house , including equipment, food, and building maintenance.
Ability to work well with employees and customers
