The current Employee Work Arrangement (EWA) for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business, with a minimum of 2 days per week. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. What you can expect: Providing timely and pragmatic advice and counsel to business clients in connection with group insurance products and services. Drafting and negotiating service provider agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Reviewing marketing materials for group insurance products and services. Coordinating with internal constituencies to ensure timely delivery of appropriate advice. Advising on issues pertaining to insurance company regulatory matters. Staying abreast of legal and regulatory developments and business trends impacting group insurance products and services. What you’ll need: Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school 4 years of experience either with a law firm, insurance company or other financial services institution. Bar admission and active license to practice law in at least one state and a member in good standing of the bar, ability to register as in-house counsel. A strong work ethic and customer-service mentality. Superior written and verbal communication skills. It’d be a plus if you had: Knowledge of laws and regulations governing insurance products.
