Email/Notes Group Director is responsible for all aspects of the email/notes group. Oversees the design, development, release, and maintenance of email application systems. Being an Email/Notes Group Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Email/Notes Group Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President Physician Network, has overall responsibility for financial reporting for all employed physician and advanced practice professional operations, including St. Luke's Medical Group ambulatory locations, St. Luke’s Hospital and St. Luke’s Des Peres Hospital physicians. Direct supervision of support personnel. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree and MBA or MHA preferred.
Experience: 5 years progressive experience with physician practices and 8-15 years healthcare related experience. Communication skills related to physician interactions, staff and outside industry leaders. Ability to read and interpret legal documents including physician contracts, insurance contracts and other documents.
