Forest River Owners’ Group (FROG) is an organization for owners of Forest River RVs. It currently consists of over 160,000 members throughout every state, province, and territory in the United States and Canada and in several countries overseas.  FROG offers trips, national and local rallies, and other social events for its members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FROG events and membership, including:
  • Owner relations
  • Planning and organizing RV rallies
  • Hosting events
  • Dealer and customer outreach at RV shows and events
  • Growing membership
• Oversee FROG administrative tasks, including:
  • Create and distribute membership communications
  • Manage FROG material inventory
  • Manage member database
  • Contribute to social media

Qualifications

• Ability to live and travel in a motorized RV year-around
• Licensed to drive and operate a Class A motor home
• Strong customer relations skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, accounting systems, and others
• Ability to work cooperatively with manufacturing, service, IT, and other departments within the company
• Ability to work with outside vendors for event and trip planning
