Complete ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as requested Managerial Duties • Provide leadership and strategic/tactical direction with Division sales teams and General Office GPO Account Managers• Provide Divisions with training on GPO implementation and compliance guidelines.• Demonstrate an understanding of GPO legal agreements and the ability to educate Division sales teams and customers on compliance to GPO agreements.• Develop and align Divisions for specific programs, products, and services in support of GPO supply chain initiatives. Competency Requirements • Exhibit an expert understanding of the sales process.• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with sales, marketing, purchasing, and operations.• Highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.• Position will be located in Fort Worth - Ben E Keith General Office • Efficient and clear communication skills, effective organizational and time management skills• Must be able to travel 25% to 40% of the time.• Must have a valid State Driver’s License• Must pass a background check and drug screen.• Competent in the use of Office 365 - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Business Intelligence tools.
