Elevator Installer/Repairer installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains freight and passenger elevators and escalators. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being an Elevator Installer/Repairer may be required to be certified in an area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Elevator Installer/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Account Manager Elevator will be responsible for driving top line revenue in Europe and growth for Power climber. You will be representing Power Climber products to new and existing dealers, managing international accounts and promoting a positive image of the Power Climber brand. You work through Elevator OEMs/Tier 2’s and service partners, book new equipment orders each month per revenue plan established by the Director of Business Development Elevator (based in the USA).
Furthermore you will:
• Execute customer strategy plans to achieve AOP revenue;
• Define and quantify market opportunities per customer segment;
• Visit customers regularly and inform them about product developments and service training opportunities;
• Perform end-user sales calls with customers to support distributor growth;
• Responsible for daily and comprehensive updates to CRM (Salesforce);
• Perform formal product demonstrations;
• Manage and develop new opportunities, geographic or products in the elevator industry
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and propose corrective actions if necessary;
• Communicate VOC internally and cross-functionally;
• Contribute actively to sales programs and projects.
