    Job Summary:  

    This position ensures the safe and reliable electrical operation of lifts, with emphasis on proficiency, instruction, safety, and leadership in all areas of Lift Maintenance. This department is responsible for the safe transport of guests and employees on the mountain. The role is perfect for someone who wants to learn and grow with the department and build a career in the ski industry.  

     

    Job Specifications:

    • Expected Pay Range $20.00-$26.44

    • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time 

    • Skill Level: Entry, Intermediate, Advanced 

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ability to assist in troubleshooting and repair of lift related Industrial Controls, including Programmable Logic Controllers and Drives 

    • Utilize technical knowledge, skills, and abilities to optimize equipment downtime, working closely with Lift Mechanics 

    • Actively involved in lift emergency procedures and time dependent repairs 

    • Engages around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results 

    • Be able to follow safety and risk management policies and procedures 

    • Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization 

    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Prior general electrical experience, including the ability to read and understand electrical schematics; experience with 24-Volt electrical systems helpful   

    • Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license 

    • Ability to work efficiently at heights 

    • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds 

    • Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions 

    • Must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc.  

    • Intermediate ski/snowboard ability preferred 

     

     

    The expected pay range is $20.00-$26.44. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
