Electronics Assembler and Panel Wiring Technican
Automated Railroad Maintenance Systems (ARMS) is located in O’Fallon, MO and sells power and communication systems to the North American Railroad Industry. ARMS specializes in Design, Distribution, and System Integration including complete turnkey systems. ARMS has an excellent technical opportunity within our Production Department.
Core Job Assignments:
· Electronics/Electrical wiring and assembly; panels, enclosures, equipment racks, pcb’s, cables.
· Ability toInspect and Test production products.
· Maintain a Clean and Safe working environmentby demonstrating good organizational skills and complying with company procedures, rules, and quality standards.
· Other General Tasks related to maintenance and facility.
Requirements:
· Electronics/electrical assembly and panel wiring experience.
· Ability to use a digital multimeter (DMM)
· Must be able to comprehend Company Documents and Procedures and consistently perform quality work within production guidelines. (Bills of Materials, Assembly Control, Wiring Diagrams, Quality Control, Safety).
· Proficient with common hand tools such as soldering irons, screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, pliers, wrenches, standard electrical knockout tools, and measurement tools.
· Adept with using small power tools safely; drills, saws, grinders, automatic crimper.
· Follow Verbal and Written instructions accurately and consistently.
· Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
· Exhibit superior work ethic.
· Good Mechanical and Technical aptitude.
· Able to establish Good Working Relationships and is Team Oriented.
Helpful:
· Associates degree in Electronics or Electrical, or any certifications.
· Soldering experience.
· Any of the following training; IPC-A-610, Safety, CPR.

This position is for 1rst shift. Standard Hours can be M-F 7:30AM-4:00PM, or M-Th 6:00AM-4:30PM.
