Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Electronic Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. MARKETING MANAGER
BCG Idaho, Payette County's industry leader in agricultural construction and barndominiums has an immediate opening for a motivated, organized, business-minded individual to help our team increase revenue through creative marketing campaigns, website design and events. This person will report directly to the Director of Operations and CEO. This role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow.

- Brings knowledge of marketing techniques and technical skills to grow SEO rankings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
