Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Electronic Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The purpose of a Sales Account Manager Trainee is to build brand awareness and become a leader in driving in-person one-on-one conversations to increase sales through customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele. TheSales Account Manager Trainee will work closely with our client’s customers to create personalized experiences through in-person interactions based on individual needs and customizable packages.
As a Sales Account Manager Trainee, you will be subject to the following tasks:
- Recognize customer needs, manage existing accounts, increase sales performance, and document results to develop new business.
- Understand customer base and company products to better recommend service enhancements to customers that will increase sales.
- Work with other Sales Account Managers to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
- Participate in weekly sales meeting by providing new ideas that will improve sales margins based on consumer feedback
- Manage provided territory thoroughly and keep track of all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
- Continue sales and leadership development through weekly meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top Sales Account Managers across the country.
To succeed as a Sales Account Manager Trainee, we recommend the following qualifications:
- College degree, relevant work experience as a Sales Account Manager, or other sales/marketing experience.
- Ability as a leader to control any situation and take action as a problem solver.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Competitive nature, striving to outperform others.
- Leadership roles in previous positions are encouraged.
