Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Electronic Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. On the Producer Services Contracting Team, we ensure agents are correctly appointed under Ash Brokerage with the appropriate payment structure. Responsibilities: You will coordinate and prioritize the timely gathering and processing of required licensing documentation necessary for agents to be appointed at the carriers and contracted under Ash Brokerage. You will be an integral part of an agent’s dedicated team, consisting also of internal and external sales, and case management. To be successful, you will: Maintain ongoing knowledge of carrier appointment and contracting requirements. Gain working knowledge of the software platforms Ash uses. Build relationships with internal and external partners. Be well-versed in all of Ash’s partner accounts and determine how an agent should be contracted by product line. Work with carrier’s contacts for exceptions (i.e. agent declines, dating issues, etc.). Be responsible for getting an agent set up with a carrier in order to write and be paid for insurance business. Consult with advisors on best practices related to contracting and commission payouts (i.e. Agency commissions, licensing status, LLCs, and Corporations).
