Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Electronic Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Maintain the company's online presence and manage digital inquiries.
    • Uphold company's brand standards across all communication mediums.
    • Create and edit corporate communications including presentations, newsletters, and media kits.
    • Conduct or manage market research to understand customer behavior and trends.
    • Liaise with external vendors for promotional events and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for coordinated marketing efforts.
    • Develop and present training materials on marketing and branding campaigns.
    • Manage internal marketing personnel as well as outside contractors.

    To be considered you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Thorough understanding of marketing elements and platforms (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media) and marketing research methods
    • Solid computer skills including; MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite) and applications (web analytics, Google AdWords, etc)
    • Knowledge of HTML, CCS, PHP, WordPress, and web development tools (Preferred not essential)
