Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Electronic Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Electronic Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Retail experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Second language : speaking, reading and / or writing Minimum Position Qualifications :
    • Effective communication skills
    • Knowledge of basic math : counting, addition, and subtraction

    • Adhere to all local, state and federal health and civil codes.
    • Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store.
    • Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and be able to respond to questions and make suggestions about products.
    • Understand the store's layout and be able to locate products.
    • Maintain EAS to company standard.
    • Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads.
    • Maintain an awareness of inventory / stocking conditions; note any discrepancies in inventory.
    • Observe scheduled shift operating hours.
    • Demonstrate creative merchandising.
    • Condition all products in assigned sections according to company policy.
    • Understand and perform cashier functions.
    • Ensure that all current merchandising, customer service, labor control, expense and supply controls, loss prevention, maintenance, safety, food safety, associate and customer engagement rules are being followed.
    • Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management.
    • Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notify appropriate department or store manager of any items in need of repair.
    • Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
    • Report all safety risks, or issues, and illegal activity, including : robbery, theft or fraud.
    • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
