Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Managed Care and Special Projects, the Data Specialist is responsible for obtaining raw data and producing reports from available sources to provide accurate, reliable, and timely data analysis. The Data Specialist validates data and performs analysis as needed while assisting the Director of Managed Care and Special Projects with various reporting requirements. The Data Specialist demonstrates knowledge and skills to appropriately communicate and interact with staff, patients, families and visitors of all age groups while being sensitive to their cultural and religious beliefs.
