Description
The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing the day-to-day functions at the Lenexa Data Center. These include inbound and outbound run file processing, electronic return functions, and outgoing mail inserting and metering. Full knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above listed positions is necessary. This individual must provide exceptional customer service in ensuring that all DCI financial institutions and customers receive effective, complete, and satisfactory delivery and utilization of DCI’s processing services at the Lenexa Center. They must also be flexible to work varying schedules as requested to meet site processing and operations requirements during staffing shortages.
