The Mail & Document Services department is currently seeking a electronic mail specialist. In this role you will be responsible for scanning USPS mail and documents for special projects, quality check, and electronic delivery of USPS mail as it is received, and supporting all business partners throughout the company.

The starting pay rate for this position is $13.00 an hour. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

• scan USPS mail and special projects

• check paper against electronic image, making sure all pages are captured electronically

• electronic delivery of USPS mail using Captiva and Microsoft Outlook

• uploading documents to a network drive

Be equipped with:

Other:

• Qualified candidates are willing and available to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
