We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team. As an Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various electronic equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Duties:
- Service and maintain electronic equipment, including troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise
- Perform equipment repairs, both in-house and on-site
-Training customers on use of equipment in house and on-site
-Calibration of our test equipment in house and on-site.
- Update and write operator manuals
- Install, configure, and test new equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools
- Familiarity with computer hardware, low and high voltage systems, and computer networking
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Experience in field service is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
