Electronic Data Interchange Manager oversees staff responsible for the design and development of EDI application interfaces and maps.     POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The Data Manager (DM) reports to the Senior Data Director and is responsible for overseeing and supporting the Student Support Coordinators' data.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in data entry/support & social service programs preferred
    • Strong experience and knowledge of CIS of Michigan’s database system (CISDM)
    • Experience working in education programs or school settings
    • Experience working with children and adolescents and knowledge of trends and standards affecting the CIS program
    • Effective written and verbal communication
    • Strong relationship-building skills
    • Understanding of Restorative Practices tools to support Student Support Coordinators

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor program activities on a regular basis; address areas of gaps and highlight effective practices
    • Review data reports and provide feedback to Student Support Coordinators to ensure that all TQS reporting standards are met
    • Support the PD with site visits to schools for Student Support Coordinator check-in purposes
    • Provide continual regional training throughout the school year

    PROGRAM STAFFING AND TRAINING:

    • Support in staff onboarding
    • Identify and support the Professional Development needs for continued learning throughout the program staff

    IMPLEMENTATION

    • Support PD in the implementation of programming in new schools
    • Support PD in providing initial services such as Tier 1 support to schools and students

    MONITORING/FILE RETENTION:

    • Ensure all data and files are monitored, filed, and tracked appropriately

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • All Administrative positions are year-long

    SALARY AND BENEFITS:

    • Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate
