We have an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, metrics, and reports for Elma’s KPIs. You will create daily weekly, and monthly metrics and reports that drive action with a focus on continuous improvement. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that metrics and reports are simple, easy to understand, and accurately measure attributes to drive positive change. You will conduct in-depth data analysis and interpret it to determine focus areas for improvement. You will also create metrics or reports to track performance on key projects (Measures of Effectiveness). This role reports to the VP of Operations and is accountable to the Operations leadership team, including site, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, planning, scheduling, and quality leaders. Additionally, you will support key projects and events.
