Electronic Data Interchange Manager oversees staff responsible for the design and development of EDI application interfaces and maps. Develops and implements an EDI strategy to support organizational initiatives. Being an Electronic Data Interchange Manager manages daily EDI operations. Leads EDI projects. Additionally, Electronic Data Interchange Manager defines and documents project scopes, deliverables, and schedules. Allocates the resources for testing and implementation support. Establishes documentation standards used to develop flow charts and written documentation of EDI design, specifications, and operating protocols. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Electronic Data Interchange Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Electronic Data Interchange Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Managing build priorities internally with cross functional teams, in support of Customer Service.

    • Ensuring performance on key business metrics achieve business objectives (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management escalations, etc.)

    Qualifications of the JOB TITLE:

    • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree 
    • 3 years of Customer Service, Account Management, or technical project or program management experience. 
    • Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Industry a plus. 
    • Strong analytics and reporting/presentation skills.   
    • Team player, strong written & oral communication skills.  
    • Prior management experience leading and developing teams.
